Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Methods
KMZ Trends uses trusted shipping carriers to deliver orders. Available shipping methods and costs will be displayed at checkout.
Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping service.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination.
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by KMZ Trends.
Once an order has been shipped, KMZ Trends has no control over carrier transit times.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once their order has been shipped, when tracking is available.
Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
KMZ Trends is not responsible for orders shipped to addresses entered incorrectly by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
KMZ Trends is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages after they have been accepted by the shipping carrier.
Customers should contact the carrier directly regarding delivery issues.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with carrier claims when possible.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact KMZ Trends within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item(s)
- Photos of the shipping packaging
- A description of the damage
We will review each case individually and determine an appropriate resolution.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available for select destinations.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, fees, or other charges imposed by their country.
KMZ Trends is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
