At KMZ Trends, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any products purchased through our store.

- Collectibles
- Plush toys and squishes
- Toys and accessories
- Mystery products
- Clearance or sale items
- Limited-edition merchandise
Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To assist with your request, please provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item received
- Photos of any damage
- A brief description of the issue
KMZ Trends will review each case individually and may offer a replacement or other appropriate resolution at our discretion.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed and processed.
Lost or Delayed Packages
KMZ Trends is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
